At The Cloud Bedding, we want you to sleep soundly on your new purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 nights of delivery for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the bedding is neatly folded.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
